The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to Disney Springs. Unfortunately, housekeeping wasn’t up to par; the room had cleanliness issues and some bugs. The kids loved the pool area and game room, a nice bonus. Just be aware of added fees for parking and resort charges.

The lake view from our room is stunning! The heated pool is a great place to unwind after a long day.

The room layout felt cramped and lights were poorly positioned.

The bed was comfortable, providing decent sleep. Unfortunately, the room’s cleanliness left much to be desired. There was mold on the ceiling, and hair greeted me in the shower. The towels appeared worn and unclean. The bathroom door was broken, complicating access. Air circulation was poor, making the room feel humid. Noise levels were manageable, but the broken coffee pot was disappointing. The ambiance of the upgraded room did not compensate for the multiple issues. Despite its size and location, the overall experience regarding comfort fell short of expectations.

Walking distance to Disney Springs is a huge advantage. The pool area is fun for kids and includes a splash zone. But I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping during our stay. The games room is nice, but overall the hotel showed signs of wear. I'd say it's decent for families who want easy access to parks.

The location next to Disney Springs is unbeatable—it's a quick walk away. The pool was a fun spot, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly. my room was right next to a loading dock, waking me at 6:00 AM with backup alarms. Check-in felt rushed; the staff lacked warmth, and after leaving, I was unexpectedly hounded for my card information. The amenities were a mixed bag, with a clean room but a coffee maker that spilled everywhere. The experience didn’t match the fond memories I had, leaving me a bit hesitant about returning.

Clean rooms and an unbeatable location near attractions. Courteous staff were generally helpful, which made a difference. pricing felt excessive—$32 in resort fees for a one-night stay? A basic room with musty conditions impacted our experience. Switching rooms was a challenge. It took persistent effort to find a livable space that allowed us to breathe. Not ideal. While shuttles to parks were convenient, insufficient communication about amenities and hidden charges left a sour taste. Staff seemed overwhelmed, failing to prioritize customer service. Despite some redeeming features like the pool area and lovely lake view, it fell short of expectations for those looking for a smooth Disney experience. Improvements are necessary.

The pool area was pure bliss! Soaking in the heated pool after long days at the parks was magic. Loved being just a stroll away from Disney Springs’ incredible dining and nightlife!

Couldn't recommend more! ❤️😊

The staff welcomed us with a complimentary drink, which set the mood right. We loved the free shuttle service to the parks, making it easy to enjoy our romantic getaway.

It was a bit on the pricey side, but worth every penny.

The rooms were spotless and comfy, with fluffy beds and pillows. The hotel's location was prime, right next to Disney Springs and super close to the Disney parks. The shuttle service was a lifesaver, making getting to the parks a breeze. Plus, the early park admission perk was a game, changer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and grab, and, go breakfast at the coffee shop was a quick and tasty start to the day.

On the flip side, the food options were limited, and the on, site coffee shop was a bit pricey. The restaurant only served breakfast, and the pool bar's service could be slow.

Wyndham Garden offers a prime spot just minutes from Disney Springs. The spacious, tidy rooms made our stay comfortable, and we appreciated the on-site grocery store stocked with essentials. The pool area was a highlight, providing a relaxing oasis for families with young children.

Not only did we have a noisy air conditioner that kept us up all night, but we also found bugs crawling in the bed. Switching rooms three times didn't help—just a disgusting experience overall.

one major letdown was the noisy air conditioning that made it hard to have a peaceful night's sleep. We also had some issues with the shuttle service being limited, so we ended up using Uber instead. On the bright side, the hotel's proximity to Disney Springs was convenient, and the pool area was quite nice. One thing that stood out to us was the prompt response from the staff when we needed additional amenities like extra toilet rolls or tea bags. The maid service was daily, and any maintenance issues were quickly resolved, which was impressive. Unfortunately, we also encountered some unfriendly staff at check-in, which put a damper on our arrival experience. the incessant sales pitches and pressure to attend a presentation about vacation rentals in the lobby made us feel uncomfortable and did not align with the relaxing vacation vibes we were seeking.

The location was super convenient, just a hop and a skip away from Disney Springs and with reliable buses to all the theme parks. The rooms were cozy and comfy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The customer service was top, notch, always quick to respond to any requests and ensuring a pleasant stay.

The internet connection was a bit sketchy, and we had to call for towel restocks a few times. The elevator had a mind of its own and the fire alarm scare wasn't the best middle, of, the, night surprise.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, being just a short walk of about 5 minutes to Disney Springs made it so easy to explore all the shops and restaurants, and I loved having the option of a free shuttle to the parks which was super convenient after a long day of strolling around. The lobby has a cozy vibe with cute photo props, and the amenities like the pool and hot tub were so inviting. Everything was kept clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful; I even enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet nearby, but I think some areas of the hotel could use a little upkeep.

Mickey Mouse waffles at breakfast buffet were the highlight of my mornings. The kids' pool was my secret escape from the chaos. Sports courts kept my husband busy, giving me some peaceful alone time.

Dealing with internet slower than a snail was the cherry on top.

The hotel's convenient location near the Epcot park allowed for easy access to the attractions. The customer service agents pleasantly surprised us with their attentiveness, especially when they provided assistance after a stressful incident with aggressive individuals in the parking lot. Additionally, the relaxed atmosphere and delicious lunch at the casual poolside restaurant was a welcome treat after a long day of exploring.

Parking lot incident.

During my stay at this Disney-affiliated hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional service and helpfulness of the staff. The manager went out of her way to assist me in navigating the hotel due to a broken elevator, ensuring I found my way around easily. Additionally, the server at the pool bar, Bonnie, exceeded all expectations. Not only did she help coordinate a surprise for my mother-in-law's birthday, but she followed up the next day, making us feel welcome and special. The hotel's location, just a short walk to Disney Springs, was also a major highlight. The beautiful lobby and pool area provided a wonderful atmosphere to relax after a long day at the parks.

Our room was situated near the elevators, leading to constant disturbances from the conversations taking place there. Additionally, there was an incident where the front desk mistakenly tried to give someone else our room, resulting in a disruptive 1 am wake-up call.
